This coffee comes from the ASOBAGRI cooperative. The members are 30 small villages in the Huehuetenango region. The cooperative promotes sustainability agriculture through training in organic production methods. Shade grown under guava, plaintain and banana trees. Flavor and aroma notes of toffee, tangerine, and red apple.
